I'm Stef I own Stefit and now BOOTCAMP back to basics.
I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years now and I truly love what I do.
I am a qualified Personal trainer and nutritionist L3, and can teach a variety of classes such as:
Bokwa, Zumba, Bootcamp, Aqua Aerobics, Spinning, Boxercise, Kickboxercise plus more.
Not only will I train with you 1,2,3,4,5,6 or 7 days a week but I will make you a healthy eating plan and a gym programme to do in your own time. I will work
very closely with you to help you achieve your goals which I guarantee you will achieve and feel great.
I have been running bootcamps in Brantham every Saturday morning for about 6 years now, as well as teaching an array of
other fitness classes but Bootcamp has to be my favorite. I love training people outdoors in the fresh air and getting down and dirty.

I highly believe in NO PAIN NO GAIN but also understand how everyone’s abilities are different and I tailor the class for each individual, to make sure
everyone gets the most out of their session.
Making sessions fun, but hard, is very important. I try to vary our workouts so no one knows what to expect.
We use various equipment such as Suspension Trainers, Battle Ropes, Slam Balls, Weights, Skipping Ropes, Tyres and much more; as well as using local trim

Setting up a residential Bootcamp has always been my dream from the beginning. I have helped run various fitness weekend in hotels offering more of a luxury
experience, but with this one we have decided to take it back to basics - taking out all the frills.
You will probably have noticed our tagline Just Accept It. This is very personal to me and a standing joke in my family. Just a polite way of saying shut up
and get on with it.
My family is a huge part of my life and we have teamed up for the first time to bring you this amazing weekend so I thought it would be appropriate to use this
tagline, and relevant to our bootcamp.
There will be a full activity timetable of which typical activities will include working with Tyres, Suspension Trainers, Weight Training, Boxing, Team Games,
Circuit Training and much more.
